An automated way for people to get in touch and enquire about our services. We only collect your Name and Email address as personal-identifiable information via our form when you send an enquiry. We keep contact form submissions for one year for customer service purposes, but we do not use them for marketing purposes.

Real Accessibility plugin – our accessibility plug-in sets a temporary cookie to set your preferences of how you view our website.
We do not use any analytics package on our website, and do not track, store or process visitor behaviour for customer services purposes.
Sharing of Data
Global Music Visions C.I.C. only shares your data with third party services for the ‘legitimate interest’ of keeping our website running and secure. These include hosting and website security software. Our website security software is provided by Hostinger.com and WordPress Security.
Retention of Data
Global Music Visions retains personal data collected from our website contact form for one year. This is for the purpose of contacting individuals or groups if they have asked to be kept informed of upcoming workshops or events. We also use this information to find out about any additional requirements they may have. Additional consent is obtained for photographic/video images that appear on our website for promotional purposes, and retained for 10 years, unless we are informed otherwise. None of this data is stored online.
Your data rights allow you to request to receive a copy of the personal data Global Music Visions C.I.C. hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Protecting your Data
Global Music Visions website is protected by website security software. Key staff have undertaken training in data protection. Electronic systems through which we collect and store data are password secure. Any hard copies, or printed data collected is stored in a locked filing cabinet.
