An automated way for people to get in touch and enquire about our services. We keep contact form submissions for one year for customer service purposes and we do not use them for marketing purposes or store them online.
Cookies
You can use the Real Accessibility plugin to set your preferences of how you view our website. It’s located at the top right hand corner of each web page.
Analytics
We do not use any analytics package on our website. We do not track, store or process visitor behaviour for customer services purposes.
Sharing of Data
We only share your data with third party services for the ‘legitimate interest’ of keeping our website running and secure. These include hosting and website security software. Our website security software is provided by Hostinger.com and WordPress Security.
Retention of Data
Any personal data is retained for one year. We ask for permission to use your photographic or video images for promotional purposes for up to 10 years.
Data Rights
Your data rights allow you to request a copy of the personal data Global Music Visions C.I.C. hold about you. You can request that we remove any personal data we hold about you at any time, this does not include data that we must keep for legal or security purposes.

Our staff have undertaken data protection training and all information is protected by our website security software provided by Hostinger.
