It has been another busy month. We completed the backing track for Rachel Goodall and her performance of her original show “The Shoes That Were Danced Through”. We are continuing to deliver group music workshops with the GMV Music Group, and we have also facilitated a taster session at Craneswater Junior School, which will hopefully lead to new opportunities, in the future. We are still working on our first audio book trial, alongside supporting two groups of adults to create original songs for an upcoming project, which you will hear more about soon.

Things may have appeared quiet from us for a little while, but it has been busy the last few months. We have continued to deliver both 1 2 1, and group music workshops for people of all ages, made new connections, which will hopefully lead to new opportunities, and started work on our first audio book trial, with support from Ben Whyntie at The Old Blacksmiths Studios Portsmouth. Also we are supporting groups to create original songs for an upcoming project, which you will hear more about soon.

It has been great to continue working with an individual, to further develop their keyboard skills, and give support on creative ideas. Thank you to Music Fusion in The Spring Arts Centre, Havant for providing us with a space.

We continued working with an individual in a 1to1 music session this week, further exploring music technology. Thank you to Music Fusion in The Spring Arts Centre, Havant for providing us with a space.
Enjoyed working with an individual in two, 1to1 music sessions the last couple of weeks, introducing them to music technology through the laptop and on the iPad. Thank you to Music Fusion in The Spring Arts Centre, Havant for providing us with a space.
We continued working on a song today. With some help from a local drummer, the majority of the drums were arranged, and the first set of lead and harmony vocals were recorded.
We worked on re-arranging an old song that individuals had written and recorded previously. They decided to re-record the piano parts, and also worked out a plan for working on future material too. It was a really fun, relaxed session.
It was great to be back working with the GMV music group. They revisited a song recorded a little while ago. They decided what direction they wanted to take the song, and made changes to some of the musical arrangements.
